CHIMICHURRI AVOCADO SALAD
Absolute banger! Super tasty and balanced... Everything you need in a bowl. The dressing is fantastic, but you don't really need it as the chimichurri and cojita cheese do the heavy lifting. I'll add either Baja cobia or blackened chicken for protein. This place rocks.
